Attachment Cleaner

Automated cleanup of old attachments and storage optimization for Odoo 19.
Take control of your server storage. Automatically identify and remove obsolete attachments based on your business retention rules. Safe, automated, and integrated directly into Odoo settings.

How it works

  1. Navigate to Settings > General Settings.
  2. Enable the Auto Remove Old Attachments toggle.
  3. Set your Retention Period (e.g., 6 Months or 2 Years).
  4. The system runs a Daily Cron Job to scan for obsolete files.
  5. Obsolete files are safely deleted, excluding system-critical attachments.
