Lunch At Desk is a comprehensive food delivery ecosystem built entirely on Odoo 19. The platform connects restaurants with customers through multiple ordering channels, manages delivery operations with real-time tracking, and provides seamless integration between POS systems, customer portals, and delivery logistics. The solution handles everything from customer registration and service location management to order processing, delivery scheduling, and post-delivery feedback.
THE CHALLENGE
The client needed to build a complete food delivery platform that could handle multiple restaurant locations, manage complex delivery logistics, and provide a seamless customer experience. Key challenges included: integrating POS Self-Order systems with custom attribute limitations, managing service locations with specific delivery schedules, creating customer portals for order tracking, implementing delivery driver management with real-time GPS tracking, and ensuring seamless integration between all components while maintaining high performance during peak hours.
OUR SOLUTION
Serynto developed a modular Odoo-based solution with 6 key modules: Service Location Management for handling multiple restaurant locations and delivery zones, Custom POS Self-Order with attribute limitations for complex menu configurations, Customer Portal for order tracking and account management, Delivery Driver Portal with Google Maps integration, Restaurant Website theme for online presence, and Backend Theme enhancements for improved user experience. The solution features real-time order synchronization, automated delivery slot management, GPS-enabled route optimisation, and comprehensive reporting dashboards.
