PROJECT OVERVIEW

Badil Academy is an academic support institute offering tutoring programs — including Third Millennium, Success Maker, Arabic Language, and Little Geniuses Summer — to a bilingual, largely Arabic-speaking family audience. Serynto built a complete registration-to-enrollment pipeline on Odoo, connecting the public website directly to appointment scheduling and the sales pipeline, so no interested family is ever lost between filling out a form and sitting down with the admissions team.

THE CHALLENGE

Badil Academy's website relied on a single, all-in-one registration form that asked every parent — often registering more than one child — to complete every field at once, with no logic to guide them or gather information in the right order. Once submitted, a registration simply sat in the system: a staff member had to notice it, reach out, and manually schedule a consultation, often losing warm leads to delay. Even after a meeting was booked, converting that interest into an actual sale meant someone building a quotation from scratch by hand. And with no validation in place, duplicate submissions and inconsistent contact details were quietly piling up in the database, while Arabic-speaking families were left navigating a form that wasn't built with them in mind.

OUR SOLUTION

Serynto replaced the single form with a guided, multi-step registration flow that adapts to how many children a parent is registering, collecting the right details at the right step instead of all at once. The moment a family completes registration, the system automatically finds or creates the correct appointment type and redirects them straight to a live booking calendar — no staff involvement required. As soon as that meeting is confirmed, Odoo automatically generates a sales quotation from a pre-approved template and links it to the registration, handing the sales team a ready-made opportunity instead of a blank page. Real-time duplicate detection on emails and phone numbers, paired with strict data validation, keeps every record clean from the moment it's created. And the entire experience — from homepage to booking confirmation — was fully localized with Arabic translation and right-to-left layout, so Arabic-speaking families get a native experience rather than an afterthought.
