PROJECT OVERVIEW
A fast-growing D2C e-commerce brand processing 5,000+ orders daily was struggling with fulfillment bottlenecks. Manual picking lists, disconnected warehouse systems, and delayed shipping updates were causing customer complaints and returns. Serynto was tasked with building an end-to-end automated fulfillment system on Odoo.
THE CHALLENGE
The client's warehouse operations relied on printed picking lists and manual status updates. Orders from their Shopify storefront were imported into Odoo via CSV files twice daily, creating a 12-hour blind spot. Shipping carrier integrations were non-existent — tracking numbers were manually copied between systems. During sales events, the team couldn't scale, resulting in 3–5 day fulfillment delays.
OUR SOLUTION
Serynto built a fully automated fulfillment pipeline: real-time order sync from Shopify to Odoo via webhooks, intelligent wave picking algorithms that optimized picker routes, barcode-based pack verification, and automated shipping label generation with multi-carrier integration (Delhivery, BlueDart, FedEx). A real-time dashboard provided warehouse managers with live order status, picker performance metrics, and inventory heat maps.
